Are you a young mum under the age of 21? If so, please provide your details below to be eligible for a free donation pack at our events. The donation packs will consist of the items selected by you, which you feel that your child needs. You will be entitled to one pack every 3 months. Should you be in need of specific items in between this period, please email full details to: YoungMums@BrondesburyMums.com and we will try our best to assist you.

Please note: on the day of collection, you are required to bring with you the following:

1x Photo ID (Passport or Drivers Licence)
1x Proof of Address
1x Reusable Shopping Bag

It is important that you bring these documents along, as without presenting any of these, we may not be able to verify your age or confirm your local borough, therefore you will not be eligible for this initiative.
